Our group counseling programs give you expert guidance from trained counselors. Group therapy sessions provide an environment of understanding, sharing and growth amongst peers who share similar experiences.
We understand how difficult it can be to navigate through these tough times. Our programs provide a confidential and supportive space for examining what’s holding us back, figuring out positive solutions, and growing through challenging times.

Making Partnership Work is collaborative couples therapy, which helps partners learn to shift out of a cycle of conflict and disconnect—and into a more collaborative process. Materials and course content are based on principles from "The Seven Principles of Making a Marriage Work" by Dr. John M. Gottman, Ph.D and Nan Silver.

Mindfulness 101 walks you through mindfulness and meditation exercises that have been proven to be helpful in stabilizing mental and physical health. A mindfulness practice can provide greater understanding, patience, and acceptance of yourself and others–resulting in an overall decrease in stress.
